The CubiQ online solution is offered as a form of service operated and supplied over the Internet, that is, as a modern SaaS (Software as a Service) module. The advantage is that it is not necessary to install anything locally – the entire application “runs” in the internet browser. This cuts down on requirements for hardware, systems maintenance, and network architecture, as well as technical support interventions (all of these factors lower operating costs), and, last but not least, access to the system is simplified and it is made more accessible (it can be accessed from anywhere). All operational matters, such as storing data or updating the system, are fully within the competency of the software’s provider. The CubiQ online solution is suitable, for example, for accounting offices which, with respect to their customers, surely greatly appreciate the structuring of rights. So it is thus possible to divide approaches between the accounting office and the customer-user.
